该集团认为中美贸易战不会严重打击公司业务主要是以下3点：
第一，相信中美贸易战不会出现恶化的结果。
第二，的货柜吞吐量与美国来往的影响小，大约只占货柜吞吐量的4%。
第三，认为中美双方减少向对方采购产品但会转向其它国家采购，所以贸易活动仍然会进行。
该集团已经完成第九个货柜码头并得到政府的特许经营权的权利。
该项特许经营权将会在2054年到期。
该集团目前正在设计并扩建第十个货柜码头和第十一个货柜码头。
等设计完成后并会与政府进行商讨第十和第十一货柜码头的特许经营权。
特许经营权已通过就可以开始填海和挖掘工程。
该集团表示要是一切顺利预计最快明年开始进行填海工程。
