制造和销售保健品业务收入与上一期相比增加主要是马来西亚的保健品销售量增加。

该集团正在与几家潜在的新客户进行讨论，以扩大客户群和产品。
该集团将会专注于加强出口市场：中国以推广自家品牌产品 - Apotec和Nushine，并任命一家经销商推广和分销。
该集团也计划在中国流行的电子商务平台（如京东及淘宝网）上展示其产品。
该集团预计印尼的收入会随着时间的推移而增加和预计会有更多订单进入市场。
该集团目前在全国有20多家药店，并计划在未来12个月再推出15家。
在农业方面，该集团拥有的登嘉楼1,004英亩土地上进行清理活动，并已开发了260英亩土地。
该集团位于柔佛州的100英亩土地已经种植了草药，剩下的200英亩土地正在进行清除活动。
该集团预计2019年将会收获到更多的原料新鲜草药因为登嘉楼和柔佛州的草药和作物达到成熟阶段。
在植物药物的开发方面，该集团已经获得了3项专利的批准，还有几项还在进行中。
