收入与去年同期相比增加33.05%主要是房地产开发业务和收费业务提升。
但在收费业务的利息支出费用也增加。
建筑业务的收入与去年同期相比增加主要是Duke Phase 2 和 River Of Life的贡献。
房地产开发业务的收入与去年同期相比增加主要是进展工程完成后提高销售量促使收入提升。
收费业务的收入与去年同期相比增加主要是交通量增加和Duke Phase 2在去年10月23号开始收费。
