净利减少是因为在房产业务里为了加快完成项目导致费用增加些许。
在建筑业务方面的收入与去年同期相比减少主要是Duke Phase 2 和 River Of Life Precinct 7的工程已完成。
在房产业务方面的收入与去年同期相比增加主要是高销售。
在大道收费业务方面的收入与去年同期相比增加主要是交通量增加和Duke Phase 2在去年10月23号开始收费。
